Terms of Use

Short version: use the Site lawfully and fairly, do not abuse it or its ads, and understand that it is provided as is. We can block anyone who breaks these rules.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using natxcorp.com, the Cyber Pulse Arcade or any related page (together, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Natx Corp, run by XRL NATION.

2. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission. The Site is not directed to children under 13.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

break the law, or use the Site to harass, threaten, defraud, defame or harm others;
attempt to hack, probe, overload, disrupt or bypass the security of the Site or its hosting;
use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means to access the Site, except ordinary search-engine crawling that respects our robots.txt;
generate artificial, fraudulent or incentivized traffic, or click, refresh or encourage others to click advertisements on the Site;
cheat, exploit bugs in, reverse engineer or tamper with the Cyber Pulse Arcade or any scores or statistics;
copy, resell or redistribute our content, code, logos or artwork without written permission;
impersonate Natx Corp, XRL NATION or any other person or organization, or imply our endorsement;
upload or transmit malware or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems;
send spam, scams or abusive messages through the contact form or our email address.

We may investigate violations and block, restrict or report anyone who breaks these rules, at any time and without notice.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, code, text, graphics, logos, music, games and other content are owned by Natx Corp / XRL NATION or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved. Third-party names, games and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners (see our Disclaimer).

5. Games, downloads and external platforms

The Cyber Pulse Arcade is provided for entertainment only. Scores, rankings and in-game numbers are for fun, have no cash value, and no prizes are offered. Mods, worlds, games and other projects hosted on third-party platforms (for example CurseForge, Roblox or Rec Room) are governed by those platforms' terms. You use any download or external project at your own risk.

6. Third-party links, ads and sponsors

The Site contains links to third-party websites and may show advertisements and sponsored placements, including Google ads. Sponsored links are labeled and marked "sponsored" and "nofollow". We do not own, control, review or endorse third-party sites, advertisers or their products, and we are not responsible for them or for any dealings you have with them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natx Corp, XRL NATION and anyone who works with us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or revenue, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, third-party sites, ads, downloads or the actions of other people. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed US$100. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Natx Corp and XRL NATION from claims, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms or the law, or your infringement of anyone's rights.

10. Advertising

If you advertise or bid for a space on the Site, the advertising rules published by us at the time apply. We may refuse, remove or relocate any advertisement or space at any time, and no refund is owed for removals due to a violation of those rules.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Site, in whole or in part, for anyone, at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, and may update these Terms. The date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you agree to that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact us and give us a chance to resolve it informally.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
