Short version: we use Google Analytics, Google ads and Cloudflare. They set cookies and see basic visit data. We have no user accounts and do not sell your data for money. You can opt out using the links below.

1. Who we are

Natx Corp ("Natx Corp", "we", "us") is an independent technology and creative studio operated by XRL NATION. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit natxcorp.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Collected automatically

When you visit, our analytics, advertising and hosting providers may collect: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, screen size, language, pages viewed, links clicked, time on the Site, the page that referred you, and your approximate location (city or region level) derived from your IP address.

Information you send us

If you contact us by email, through the Site's contact form, or through our social channels, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, email address and message. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our email by the third-party form service FormSubmit (privacy policy). The Site does not require an account and we do not ask visitors to create one.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for payment details on the Site, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

3. How we use information

To operate, secure and improve the Site and the Cyber Pulse Arcade.
To understand which pages and features people use (analytics).
To show advertising and measure how ads perform.
To prevent fraud, abuse, spam and invalid or automated traffic.
To reply to messages and to meet legal obligations.

5. Third-party services

The Site uses the following services, which may collect information as described in their own policies:

Google Analytics measures how visitors use the Site. Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Google AdSense and Google advertising services may show ads on the Site. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Cloudflare hosts and protects the Site and may process your IP address and request data for security, performance and bot protection. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
FormSubmit relays contact-form messages (your name, email address, selected topic and message) to our inbox.
Google Fonts delivers the fonts and icons used on the Site, which requires your browser to contact Google servers.
Linked platforms such as YouTube, ArtStation, Instagram, CurseForge, Roblox and Discord have their own privacy practices that apply once you leave the Site.

Some sharing of data with analytics and advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. You can limit this through the opt-out tools above and your browser settings.

6. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Where these laws apply, we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) and on our legitimate interests in running and securing the Site. You may withdraw consent at any time by changing your cookie settings or clearing cookies. Where required, a consent notice is shown by our advertising partner.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. California and other US state residents may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and will not be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, contact us (section 11). We may need to verify your identity first. Because we do not run user accounts, most data we hold is held by our analytics, advertising and hosting providers, and we will point you to the right place where we can.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians can use their device and browser controls and Google Ad Settings to limit tracking and personalized ads.

9. Retention and security

We keep analytics data for the period set in our analytics account, and keep messages only as long as needed to respond or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, providers rely on approved transfer mechanisms.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
